Tax Credits continue to grow in importance in various industries from both the investors and developers perspectives. Organizations involved in utilizing, syndicating, and investing in tax credits must continue to enhance their understanding of this industry in order to reap its full benefits.

This one-day workshop presented by representatives from Kutak Rock LLP will provide an opportunity for developers, investors, and other organizations exploring tax credit programs to learn about the basics of the tax credit program from nationally recognized experts in the industry.

The workshop will include overviews of the historic tax credits, new markets, and other tax credits in the State of Hawaii. Low-income housing tax credits will be covered in detail for investors and developers interested in navigating this challenging and dynamic program.

Structuring issues for non-profits both as developers or investors will also be discussed, and while it is geared towards non-profits, for-profit organizations and other investors seeking tax credits will also find these discussions beneficial.

The workshop is designed for interested individuals at all levels of knowledge.
